MGI Australasia leads the way in supporting and investing in its young achievers in their firms

Three MGI Worldwide accounting network members have been nominated for the Australian 30 Under 30 awards!

MGI Australasia leads the way in supporting young achievers in their firms. The region is proud to announce that three of its members have been selected as finalists in this year’s Accountants Daily 30 Under 30 Awards

Recognising the achievements of the rising stars in accounting

Highlighting the achievements of the region’s rising stars not only encourages young up-and-coming professionals to continue excelling in their careers but can also be used as a positive recruitment tool.

One such major marker of exceptional performance is the Accountants Daily 30 Under 30 Awards – an exciting awards program that identifies the finest young accountants across Australia.

Judged by a highly regarded panel, a 30 Under 30 Award is a peer-reviewed recognition of an individual’s capabilities and passion for driving the profession forward. Winners of these prestigious awards gain national recognition that elevates them above their peers as the up-and-coming names to watch in the accounting industry across Australia.

Kristina Wakim-Dalger, MGI Sydney
Public Accountant category

Kristina works closely with clients to meet short turnaround times and tender deadlines. She makes herself available within hours of requests and takes time to learn about all areas of her clients’ investment portfolios. Kristina was promoted to supervisor of the business services team due to her ability to relate to and mentor junior staff.

"Winning this award would be a reflection of my achievements as an accountant, more than just an academic perspective, but rather looking holistically, as a professional."
