Women Who Lead - Latin America holds virtual work-life balance conference
Last month, Latin America's Women Who Lead group held a virtual conference entitled "Conciliating family life with work life". The guest speaker was Susana Reina: Graduate in Psychology with a Masters in Business Management, Specialist in Public Policies with a Gender Approach, and Founding Director of FeminismoINC*.
Susana shared the main fears and challenges that women face today, based on different gender studies carried out among Latina women, the conditioning exerted by stereotypes and some recommendations and ideas to achieve a healthy work-life balance, both from the personal standpoint of an employee as well as from the point of view of the employer.
A total of 20 women - and men - from across Latin America took part in the discussion, listening and sharing their own experiences.
MGI Latin America will continue to look for new ways of supporting its firms across the region, particularly in the search for gender equality strategies, as one of the branches to work on within its framework of ESG objectives.
