As every year, the Italian government has enacted its new Budget Law, which was published in the Official Gazette on 31 December 2024. The Budget Law for 2025 (Law no. 207 of 30 December 2024) introduces several noteworthy provisions that may significantly impact taxpayers, businesses, and investors.
