International Tax Seminar takes place in Warsaw
This year's tax seminar was held on 5-6 June in Warsaw, Poland, ahead of the European Conference, attracting 37 delegates from 33 European firms, plus members from the UK, China, and Mauritius.
The seminar featured a keynote speaker from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), a leading provider of cross-border tax expertise who provided insights into the latest developments in cross-border tax issues.
The afternoon sessions offered delegates the opportunity to share their experiences and learn about tax situations in different parts of the world. These discussions were inspired by our International Tax Risk Matrix project, designed to facilitate conversations with multinational clients about their international business ventures.
Positive feedback from our members
"The International tax seminar gave me an opportunity to meet many of my international colleagues who I usually work with. This always helps to strengthen my personal network in order to support my clients in the best way."
Fabian Thumm, Menold Bezler, Germany
"The tax seminar provided the perfect mix of topics and a good introduction to new subjects I knew little about. Firms should invite more young professionals to this event."
Anna Ebner, Pape & Co, Germany
