Highlights from MGI Australasia's 2025 Future Leaders Conference

Last month, 16 participants from seven firms across Australia and New Zealand attended the MGI Australasia Future Leaders Conference in Melbourne, hosted by MGI Dobbyn Carafa.

Led by Paul Barrie from Wisdom Learning, this dynamic event brought together the next generation of talent from MGI Australasia firms to strengthen their leadership skills, industry knowledge and policy advocacy capabilities.

Attendees engaged in thought-provoking sessions covering Whole Brain Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Consultation & Influencing and Real Conversations. Using the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) framework, these sessions provided invaluable strategies for improving communication, emotional intelligence and workplace influence. 

One of the standout moments was Thursday evening’s dinner at Beverly Rooftop, where guests enjoyed a fantastic meal while taking in breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline.
