With just over 15 weeks remaining until our Global AGM in Rome, we’re excited to unveil highlights from the programme, including our lineup of Guest Speakers.

This year, our theme centres on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its implications for our profession. We’ll delve into tech and beyond, emphasising the continuing importance of people and our unique value.

Meet Dan Dronsfield

Dan is a seasoned AI expert and strategic solutions consultant at T-Tech, Award-Winning Accounting IT Specialists, and a leading figure in integrating artificial intelligence into accounting practices.

Session: Embracing AI: How to Prepare Your Practice

Dan will provide an overview of the current state of AI, practical steps to integrate AI into daily operations, and strategies to leverage AI for growth. Gain the knowledge and tools necessary to embrace AI within your practice.


Meet Janine van Someren

Janine is the founder of The Wellbeing Advantage and a leading transformational wellbeing coach with over 15 years in high-performance sport and corporate wellbeing. Her approach is rooted in science, providing tangible evidence of how wellbeing directly impacts performance.

Session: The Power of Continuing to Put People First in the AI Era

Janine will explore the importance of prioritising employee wellbeing in an era of AI and automation, providing practical strategies to enhance performance and productivity.

Dan and Janine will also host a collaborative panel discussion: “AI meets Human”


Meet Lawrie Abercrombie

Lawrie is the founder of Arcanum, a top 25 specialist cyber security consultancy, and one of the first people in the UK to become Chartered for Cyber Security and Risk Management. He is currently one of the Lead Assessors for the UK Cyber Security Council.

Session: Cyber Security – Understanding and Managing the Risk

Lawrie will provide an interactive real-world view of cyber security, focusing on its implications for small and medium businesses and how to react when it all goes wrong [And it does. Frequently]. Understand the risks and how to manage them effectively.
