MGI Worldwide recently welcomed Benko Kotruljić ltd., based in Zagreb, Croatia, to our global accountancy network in the MGI Europe region. Key Contacts from the firm, Dobrila Mikac and Renata Djurik, spent some time telling us about their experience of the network so far.
Dobrila and Renata explained that they had wanted their firm to be connected with a professional network for a long time, and to be able to meet and work with fellow accountancy firms with experience that they can learn from.
They felt that MGI Worldwide was exactly what they were looking for, thanks to the network's focus on delivering client satisfaction, supporting business development and providing assistance with marketing - an area Benko Kotruljić ltd. wants to improve on in the future.
Dobrila and Renata recently attended their first MGI Area Meeting, which they found to be a "very, very useful experience", thanks to being able to share business and customer experience knowledge with fellow network members.
They also told us how they've already been speaking to a fellow MGI Europe member based in Luxembourg to get tips on improving their marketing efforts, and hope that attending more MGI meetings in the future will help to improve their operations further.
