We are excited to invite you to the 2025 International Tax Seminar, taking place on 10-11 June at the Budapest Marriott Hotel. This year, our spotlight is on the taxation of high net worth individuals.
Join us as we explore the evolving landscape of wealth tax, inheritance, and gift tax, and report on developments regarding the application of Pillar II for these individuals. Additionally, you can look forward to a brief update on current political trends and their impact on Pillar II for corporations. In the afternoon, we’re bringing back our interactive sessions inspired by the International Tax Risk Matrix. This is your chance to exchange experiences and insights on various tax issues with fellow members.
🔹 Insights into evolving global tax regulations and their impact on local taxation
🔹 Engaging discussions exchanging insights on tax topics across different countries
🔹 A fantastic opportunity to exchange knowledge with fellow professionals
The Tax Seminar is open to everyone at all levels but recommend experience of 2 years in international tax projects. We are keen to encourage member firms to send along younger professionals as it is a fantastic development opportunity for them to learn from fellow colleagues and develop their skills.
The delegate fee is EUR €490, which MGI Europe will invoice after the event. The price includes the cost of one dinner and one-day seminar. Delegates are responsible for taking appropriate protection such as insurance, allowing sufficient time to obtain visas, etc.
Please note that you will need to book your accommodation directly with the hotel. For more information about the hotel and to make your reservation click HERE.
The International Tax Seminar will take place ahead of the European Conference to minimise travel time and costs. We encourage members to stay on after the Seminar and join the conference to get the most from the trip.
We look forward to seeing you in June.
