Meeting Registration Details
The registration fee is currently being calculated, but we expect it to be less than €400 for the Thursday afternoon and Friday all-day event. The delegate fee will be approximately €100 less for those who can not join the Thursday afternoon session. You will be invoiced separately.
Hotel accommodation: if you intend to stay at the conference hotel, please ensure you book your room directly with the hotel. Click HERE for the booking link. More information about the Rotterdam Marriott hotel can be found HERE.
PLEASE NOTE: Delegates are responsible for taking appropriate protection such as insurance, allowing sufficient time to obtain visas etc.

Conference Cancellation policy
We are a member organisation and operate on a not-for-profit basis. We understand that circumstances mean that members must cancel from time to time, and therefore we will always strive to refund where possible and will only charge costs that we cannot recover.
