Schedule your travel to arrive by lunchtime on 10th April. Lunch will be served to those coming before 14:00 on 10 April. The plenary meeting will start at 14:00 and is scheduled to finish by 18:00.
The afternoon session will be about training in general, with a focus on sharing experiences and learning in the following areas:
- Soft Skills Development - communication, leadership skills, negotiation skills.
- Digital Transformation in tax consulting and auditing
- Technology in development - Chatbots, LMS
- Structure and methodology of training
- Target group-oriented training
It is strongly recommended to bring HR responsible or the person responsible for training with you.
Friday 11 April (English speaking meeting)
09:00 - 15:30 Plenary meeting
We plan to implement a facilitation method to encourage meaningful discussions and idea generation in groups. We want to foster dialogue, share knowledge, and stimulate creative thinking around your internal training issues, existing MGI training programs, MGI practice groups, values of MGI technical seminars and networking meetings.
